Position Details:
  • Outlet: The Edgewater Cafe
  • Housing: Applications being accepted
  • Expected Pay Range: $13.79.
    • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour including tips
  • Shift Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
  • Skill Level: Entry
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with guests and team members
  • Share your enthusiasm for the mountains during service
  • Adhere to leadership's directives as outlined in daily pre-shift meetings
  • Prepare hot and cold beverages according to specifications
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the day
  • Ski/Snowboard after work (optional, depending on location)
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience necessary; we will provide all the training needed to perform your job safely
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
The anticipated pay range is $20.00. This is the range we expect to offer for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on various factors.
