We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Registered Nurse with our company, you will have the opportunity to provide quality care in post-acute facilities, work with a variety of patients, and enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
Responsibilities- Provide quality care to patients in post-acute facilities
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and maintain medical equipment
- Document resident histories and interventions
- Supervise and train nursing and other staff members
- Current Connecticut state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Diploma from an approved nursing program
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse or in a related role
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Competitive hourly pay range: $50-$82
- Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts available
