Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen our team in quality management as an acceptance officer. This permanent full-time position (38 hours/week) is available at the earliest possible date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize, prepare, and accompany external acceptances with customers and classification societies.
  • Create and manage factory and acceptance test certificates.
  • Participate in initial sample inspections of customers and suppliers, as well as maintain associated quality assurance documentation.
  • Process customer complaints and complaints to suppliers.
  • Create test plans for incoming goods inspection and testing of components.
  • Manage test equipment, including calibration and validation of measuring instruments.
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training in a technical field (preferably industrial mechanic/material tester).
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management of a manufacturing company, with sound knowledge in acceptances (function as acceptance officer according to DIN EN and classification societies) and complaint processing.
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of working with an ERP system and MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Proactive and dynamic way of working, teamwork, and flexibility.
