Job Summary

As a Server at White Dog Cafe, you'll be an expert at welcoming our guests into our home with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace. You'll be a team player who has strong communication skills and can handle multiple tasks in a friendly manner with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and make them feel at home
  • Demonstrate competency in all steps of service
  • Build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and beverage program
  • Provide genuine hospitality and derive pleasure from making our guests happy
  • Demonstrate proper professional decorum
  • Prior experience in a food-serving establishment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
  • High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
