About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Datacenter Engineering team in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex data center electrical infrastructure projects, leveraging your expertise in design, construction, and operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  2. Design and Review: Develop and review electrical infrastructure designs for data centers, ensuring compliance with Microsoft standards and regulatory requirements.">
  3. Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in managing project deliverables, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems.">
  4. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve electrical issues in data centers, collaborating with operations personnel and equipment vendors as needed.">
  5. Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, including engineering design teams, delivery teams, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects.">

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: 8+ years of technical engineering experience or relevant certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer).">
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in designing, operating, and commissioning large-scale electrical distribution systems in data center environments.">
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with power system analysis software packages (e.g., ETAP, SKM PowerTools) and CAD/BIM programs (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).">
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team of engineers in advanced engineering processes and procedures.">
