We are seeking a passionate and energetic professional to join our team as a Coach/Youth Fitness Trainer/Child Development Mentor. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in helping parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids through our science-based curriculum.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a coaching professional with an athletic or coaching background who has experience working with kids aged 15 months to 11 years old. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians about the benefits of our curriculum and will be able to coach children on brain, physical, and character development.
Responsibilities- Coach children on brain, physical, and character development using our evolving monthly curriculum
- Communicate with parents/guardians about the benefits of our curriculum and provide guidance on how to support their child's development
- Work with children of various ages and abilities, adapting your coaching style to meet their needs
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in child development
- Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate age range is preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- CPR certification
