Fitness Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to lead our high-intensity group workouts at Orangetheory - Franchise #0309. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding members through our science-backed and technology-tracked workouts, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts, ensuring a safe and effective experience for all participants.
- Help members set and achieve their fitness goals, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their journey.
- Monitor and correct members' form and technique to prevent injuries and ensure optimal results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest science and research behind our workouts, including heart-rate focused training programs, to provide the best possible experience for our members.
- Be a team player, working collaboratively with other Fitness Coaches and studio staff to create a positive and supportive environment for our members.
- AED/CPR certification
- Current fitness certification from a reputable organization, such as ACE, NSCA, ACSM, AFAA, or NACM
- Availability to complete a week-long OTFit Certification Audition process prior to being hired
- Ability to work a minimum of 8-10 classes per week
