At Duffy's Sports Grill, we're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser/Barback to join our team. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist servers and bartenders in providing top-notch service to our guests
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including tables, floors, and restrooms
  • Restock supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels throughout the shift
  • Participate in side work, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
Requirements:
  • Dependability and reliability in fulfilling obligations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
