Saint Vincent Hospital is seeking a skilled Nursing Educator to collaborate with nursing leadership and staff to develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for all levels of nursing personnel. This is a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our nursing staff.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in nursing or a related field, five years of clinical nursing experience, and experience in the teaching and learning process. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Collaborate with nursing leadership and staff to develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs.
  • Provide consultation to enhance continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  • Mentor colleagues, nurses, students, and others to support their growth in the profession and clinical practice.
  • Hold a Master's degree in nursing or related field.
  • Have five years of clinical nursing experience, with at least two in area of specialization.
  • Be experienced in teaching and learning process.
  • Be a registered nurse licensed to practice in Commonwealth of MA.
  • Hold BLS, ACLS Certification in clinical specialty required.
