Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Route Sales Representative to join our team at Primo Water Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely Operate a Commercial Vehicle: Ensure the safe operation of a commercial vehicle, perform regular vehicle inspections, and maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
  • Manage Customer Base: Efficiently manage a customer base of 50+ stops per day, utilizing a handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and balance daily route activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Customer Service and Sales: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues, and identify opportunities to acquire new long-term customers to support route growth and upsell current products.
  • Protect Company Assets: Protect company assets, including collection of equipment and customer payments, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Requirements
  • CDL Class B License: Possess a valid CDL Class B license and meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing.
  • Customer Service and Sales Experience: Possess basic computer/data entry skills, math abilities, and customer service and sales experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs, climb stairs, and travel as needed.
