We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team at Summit Hospitality Incorporated. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the maintenance and repair of our hotel's facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities are in good working condition.
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the maintenance of the hotel's pool and other recreational facilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
