Join our team as a Housekeeping Senior/Inspector at Homewood Suites Pinehurst, where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.
Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met.
- Enter guest rooms following established procedures to ensure vacancy and replace guest amenities and supplies.
- Strip and replace dirty linens, clean bathrooms, and remove trash and room service items.
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings, and vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties.
- Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report any maintenance problems or safety hazards.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, and assist individuals with disabilities.
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably with a name-brand hotel.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to jump-in and do the assigned work in a cheerful and respectful manner.
- Service-oriented style with professional presentation, high energy, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to respond quickly to guest requests and work as part of a team.
