This position reports to the Location HR Business Partner.
Your responsibilities include:
- Oversee and facilitate HR initiatives at the distribution facility.
- Manage payroll processes, employee relations, and recruitment efforts.
- Implement HR policies and procedures for all staff members.
- Address employee concerns and propose corrective measures.
- Administer benefits and communicate relevant information to employees.
- Conduct recruitment activities and onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure confidentiality and collaborate effectively with all personnel.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on payroll.
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
- Experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar Human Capital Management systems is a plus.
- Experience with Kronos or similar timekeeping systems is beneficial.
- Must possess work authorization to be employed by ABB in the US.
