Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to oversee a multi-site operation, driving standardization, best practices, and compliance. This role will be responsible for executing large CAPEX projects, business expansions, and acquisitions, while ensuring safety and quality standards. The compensation package includes a salary range of $175,000-200,000 per year, plus bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

  • Develop and implement efficient engineering operations across the multi-site operation
  • Collaborate with staff to identify and implement best practices
  • Write SOPs and standardize practices to ensure consistency
  • Lead engineering projects and provide updates to leadership
  • Implement cost savings initiatives and partner with plant staff
  • Manage growth plans and capital projects to sustain growth
  • Foster a proactive and positive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety policies and quality assurance standards
  • Serve as a mentor for engineering team and demonstrate effective engineering principles
  • Develop strategic goals and establish systems for tracking results and continuous improvement
  • Partner with site and department leaders and employees to provide technical problem-solving and engineering expertise


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related STEM degree
  • Minimum 15+ years of engineering experience at the plant-level
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience with direct oversight of engineering staff
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading a multi-site organization
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30% (including out of state travel)
  • Preference toward candidates with Director and/or VP experience at the Corporate-level
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align organizational strategies to maximize talent capability and behaviors
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity while executing responsibilities
