Job Title: Registered Nurse Medical Telemetry

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN Telemetry to join our team in Sparks, Nevada.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting. As a telemetry nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing patients with cardiac conditions, including those with complex diagnoses such as congestive heart failure, stroke, COPD, and diabetes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac monitoring needs
  • Conduct frequent vitals and assessments to ensure patient safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Utilize high-tech equipment to perform diagnostic tests and track patient progress
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in telemetry or a related specialty
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
