Senior Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Manager to lead our customer-facing team in the wafer fab equipment space. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing a team of customer engineers, and driving business growth through account planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops and maintains customer relationships through regular visits and effective communication.
- Manages a team of customer engineers, providing coaching, direction, and performance evaluations.
- Responsible for salary planning, career development, and corrective actions as needed.
- Initiates reports necessary for business success and serves as the primary interface with Product Divisions.
- Monitors the CSD Award Program and mentorship program to ensure new engineers have a defined mentor.
- Executes escalation procedures and provides support plans for system sales to CSD Management, Sales, and Field Engineering.
- Responsible for financial forecasting and cost efficiency within the district, measured by financial results.
- Manages RMA procedures, measures engineer effectiveness, and takes corrective action when necessary.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and wafer fab equipment operational and service experience.
- Analytical skills to review relevant factors and make informed decisions.
- Receives objectives with goals and processes to meet those goals, recommending changes to unit or sub-unit policies as needed.
- Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance, administering company policies affecting subordinate employees.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
- Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules.
- Interaction requires gaining cooperation from others, presenting technical information on specific projects or schedules.

Additionally, candidates may be eligible for participation in a bonus and stock award program.
