Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Ensure Patient Safety: Uphold the highest standards of safety and care for all patients.
  • Oversee Pharmacy Operations: Manage daily pharmacy activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Provide outstanding customer service and support to patients and their families.
  • Lead Pharmacy Team: Mentor and guide pharmacy technicians and support staff to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Drive Financial Performance: Contribute to the financial success of the pharmacy through effective management practices.
  • Implement Patient Care Programs: Develop and manage programs aimed at improving patient health outcomes.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
  • Immunization Certification from an accredited organization.
  • Clean record free of felony charges related to controlled substances.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
