AIOps Strategist

Ruijie Networks is seeking a highly skilled AIOps expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our AIOps strategy and driving innovation in this field.

1. Develop and implement AIOps solutions that integrate with our existing network infrastructure.
2. Design and build intelligent monitoring systems that provide real-time insights into network performance.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AIOps capabilities across the organization.

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, system architecture design, and big data processing.
2. Proven expertise in AI/ML, natural language processing, and data analytics, with a strong track record of delivering AIOps solutions.
3. Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, including public cloud, private cloud, and CNCF cloud.
4. Strong system architecture design skills, with experience in designing highly available, high-performance, and scalable AIOps platforms.
5. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Scala, with experience in writing automation scripts and tools.
6. Familiarity with the AIOPS ecosystem and a strong network of industry connections.

1. History of successful AIOps outputs, including publications, standards, patents, and international organization technical proposals.
2. Digital transformation mindset and experience in consulting ICT-related projects or designing and delivering monitoring solutions.
