Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at WOTM - Partners Professional. As a key member of our Professional Division, you will play a crucial role in facilitating a solid match for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager with daily administrative duties, ensuring seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • Track and update project schedules and timelines, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, ensuring clarity and concision in all communication.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator in construction is required, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Monday.com and other project management software is essential, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
