Job Overview

Transit For You LLC is seeking a dedicated individual to transport children in DCFS care to visits with their parents or siblings in Illinois. As a Visitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of these children during visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport children to and from visits with their parents or siblings
  • Supervise visits to ensure DCFS rules are adhered to
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children during visits
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of visits and transportation
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Good driving record with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience
  • Ability to lift children and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work Saturdays and flexible hours
  • Bi-lingual applicants encouraged to apply
