About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Friendship Village of Dublin. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow a cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of the community are clean and well-maintained.
- Clean and disinfect all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment in resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
- Empty and clean wastebaskets, and replenish supplies as needed.
- Perform emergency housekeeping duties, including cleaning up bodily fluids and other hazardous materials.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions, and understand concepts of measurements.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
