About the Role

Kenvue is seeking an EHS Specialist to support our Lititz site's environmental health and safety programs. As an EHS Specialist, you will partner with site colleagues to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, protecting our people and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform industrial hygiene monitoring, analyze results, and issue industrial hygiene reports.
  • Manage site industrial hygiene plans, including exposure monitoring, containment testing, and hearing conservation needs.
  • Manage site respirator protection program and chemical safety program.
  • Ensure industrial hygiene considerations are incorporated into relevant capital and site minor works projects.
  • Implement environmental, health, and safety policies and programs developed for the site to ensure workplace conditions comply with local government and company requirements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 4+ years of EHS experience is required.
  • Strong leadership skills to build trust and achieve desired results.
  • Knowledge of state and federal EHS regulations and ability to quickly interpret regulatory issues and provide a recommended course of action.
