We are seeking a mission-driven Substitute Child Learning Provider to support our team in creating and implementing lesson plans and activities that promote the development of children aged 0-6 years.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and experience in early childhood or elementary education is highly valued.
As a Substitute Child Learning Provider, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with our center's mission and goals.
- Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure their involvement in their child's education.
