Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an Acute Care General Surgeon to join our Community Surgery Program in Killeen, TX. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality acute care general surgery services to patients in our community-based hospital setting.
- Collaborate with referring physicians, agencies, and other professionals to provide outstanding patient care.
- Develop and grow a community hospital-based acute care general surgery practice.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- MD/DO degree
- Board Certification or Board Eligible by the American Board of Surgery or Osteopathic Board Certification
- Texas Medical License
- Fellow of the American College of Surgeons when qualified
- ACLS and ATLS
- Experience in acute care general surgery and community-based trauma surgery care is valuable and expected.
- Endoscopy experience is encouraged and desired.
