  • Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Train and develop teammates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and assign daily crew activities and shipments to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, shipping/logistics, or maintenance in a steel manufacturing environment.
  • Proven safety, work performance, and attendance record.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
