E-commerce Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and revenue. You will work closely with our internet sales coordinators to ensure they have the tools and training necessary to succeed in their roles. About the Role
The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our internet sales team, including managing leads, monitoring performance metrics, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in sales or sales management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction. The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
