About the Role
The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our internet sales team, including managing leads, monitoring performance metrics, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in sales or sales management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction. The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive online sales and revenue growth
- Manage and motivate a team of internet sales coordinators to achieve optimal performance results
- Analyze sales data and develop insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years' experience in sales or sales management
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction
