Job Title: Enterprise Architect - Data & Analytics Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect with expertise in Data & Analytics to support projects related to ESG (environmental, social, governance) within R&D and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise across enterprise, global, and regional initiatives to lead the design of a reliable enterprise data architecture for regulatory reporting.
  • Develop or contribute to project deliverables, such as creating or updating end-to-end solution landscapes.
  • Define and maintain standards, principles, reference models, and patterns.
  • Compile a solution outline or solution architecture definition.
  • Identify and mitigate technical and non-functional risks.
  • Define a baseline to target migration path.
  • Understand a variety of alternative technologies within their domain.
  • Understand alternative design patterns and make trade-offs between them.
  • Perform evaluation of new technologies in the domain to define target architecture at Domain Level.
  • Co-owner of the approved inventory for technologies within the Integrated Operations domain.
  • Define shorter-term execution roadmaps in collaboration with Solution Architects.
  • Responsible for program/project work products within Integrated Operations.
  • An escalation resource for Integrated Operations Solution Architects, for broader landscape support and guidance.
  • Delegate tasks to appropriate project/program technical resources and identify capability gaps.
  • Support the Project Manager in pre- and post-implementation reviews and incorporating lessons learned into future work and standards.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of enterprise architecture experience.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise Data Architecture and Analytics.
  • Experience supporting large-scale initiatives related to regulatory, reporting, and compliance within R&D, Manufacturing, or similar industries.
