Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support on various HR processes, including performance appraisals, new employee orientation, salary and wage administration, and HR metrics.

• Deliver assigned training modules to employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

• Recruit for assigned openings, following all aspects of the established recruiting process, which includes working closely with recruiting sources, hiring managers, candidates, and interviewers.

• Brief employees on key benefits, answer questions concerning benefit practices and policies, and assist with employee relations activities.

• Coordinate formal communications with employees, maintain HR records, and administer the compensation and recruitment policies of the company.

• Assist with the safety efforts and Worker's Compensation case management to establish an aggressive, proactive Return-To-Work Program.

• Lead the Co-op and Intern program, supporting other Brake and Wheel End Group locations as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field required.

• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.

Work Environment:

• Office setting with occasional exposure to manufacturing environments.

• Frequent sitting, work at computer for extended periods of time, and occasional travel required.
