Position Overview

This role is for an RF Validation Engineer within our Greensboro Design Center. You will collaborate with a talented team of RF professionals dedicated to developing cutting-edge technology for next-generation cellular devices and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the design of fully integrated front-end modules.
  • Coordinate with various engineering teams to characterize front-end modules from initial design through to production.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to manage complex problems and report progress effectively.
  • Create and debug test files for component verification using proprietary software.
  • Work with test engineering teams to enhance test station efficiency and address technical challenges.
  • Translate register maps into functional logic states.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of RF systems and familiarity with wireless standards including 3GPP cellular technologies.
  • Experience in system architecture and circuit design.
  • Proficient in circuit simulation tools and automated data analysis.
  • Familiarity with lab instruments such as Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical base pay range for this role is USD $74,800 - $135,400 per year, depending on experience and skills. Our benefits package includes healthcare options, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and eligibility for an incentive plan.
