Job Summary:
Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced RN Coordinator of Surgical Services to join our team. As a key member of our Perioperative leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting fiscal accountability, implementing process improvement initiatives, and evaluating staff performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, and other support staff
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate performance improvement projects and inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager of Surgical Services to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and relevant experience in Perioperative nursing
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience with process improvement initiatives and data analysis
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and organizational standards
