Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing education to patients and families.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans that address physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support certification required within 90 days of hire.
