Job Title: EHS Specialist

At Intuitive, we are committed to creating a culture of safety and excellence. We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of advancing minimally invasive care.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled EHS Specialist to work with our local process owners and business partners to ensure compliance with all relevant legal rules and regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental health and safety, with experience in creating and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
  • Provide training and education to employees on health and safety procedures and regulations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental health and safety, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or other management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
