About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at DaVita. As a key member of our core care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze lab-work results to inform patient care and education
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements
  • State licensure required (if available in the state where the facility is located)
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar field
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and travel when needed
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
