Job Summary

MaineHealth is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Training Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for analyzing, building, testing, training, implementing, and supporting computer systems in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze and understand business requirements to design and develop training programs.
  2. Build and test training materials, including instructor-led classroom training, one-on-one training, and training environment setup.
  3. Collaborate with end-users to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions.
  4. Maintain and update existing lesson plans and curriculum to ensure compliance with changing healthcare regulations.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to clinical and business leaders within the organization.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. Certified in 1-2 applications or other software certification/experience relevant to position.
  3. 0-2 years' healthcare experience and 0-2 years' training and curriculum design experience.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  6. Ability to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule.
