Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring consistency and alignment with company standards.

- Directly manage certain properties and mentor Property Managers in their respective portfolios, promoting growth and development within the team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and community needs to inform strategic marketing decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain effective communication with on-site staff, vendors, and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and a productive work environment.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct property management experience, preferably in multi-unit settings.
- Proven track record of successful business development, including underwriting, acquisitions, and budgeting.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, focusing on talent acquisition, training, and retention.
- Proficiency in Entrata or similar property management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to travel regularly to multiple property locations and offsite meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, TAM Residential LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401K, and life insurance. Regular, full-time associates are eligible to accrue paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
