Overview:

CyberSearch is seeking an experienced Instructional Design and Training Specialist to join our team. As an Instructional Design and Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality training programs for our clients. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create engaging and effective training content.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs using adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Develop training content using Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise.
  • Develop video content using Camtasia and other video editing tools.
  • Develop training programs in various modalities, including ILT, VILT, eLearning, self-paced, and virtual classroom.
  • Develop training programs using Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other tools.
  • Develop training programs using intermediate MS SharePoint Online experience.
  • Work closely with SMEs to create training content from inception to execution.
  • Develop training programs using the ADDIE process, including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Captivate.
  • Experience with Adobe Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with NovoEd Learning Platform.
  • Experience with graphic design.
  • Experience recording and editing audio.
  • Experience with assessment and test design and development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Design Specialist.
  • Experience with Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise.
  • Experience with Camtasia and other video editing tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Experience with intermediate MS SharePoint Online.
  • Experience working with SMEs to create training content.
  • Experience with the ADDIE process.
