Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct front counter sales activities.
  • Provide customer service by welcoming and assisting all external clients.
  • Manage all inquiries regarding parts from external clients through various communication channels.
  • Research parts for external clients using relevant catalogs and online resources.
  • Retrieve parts for external clients as needed.
  • Complete orders by issuing parts to customer requests.
  • Process invoices for parts and equipment for external clients.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team for parts that require procurement.
  • Track and follow up on all outstanding sales orders.
  • Assist in conducting inventory counts.
  • Occasionally help load customer parts and equipment onto vehicles.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation schedule.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Engage in training programs provided by Air Compressor Solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in front counter sales.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in parts handling.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as necessary.
  • Capacity to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., with occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
  • Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Proficient in climbing equipment and ladders, as well as lifting and carrying tools and components.
  • Forklift operation experience is required.
  • Military experience with honorable discharge is a plus.
