Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Center Associate to join our team at Generic Pharmaceutical Distributor. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Utilize RF equipment to streamline order processing and improve accuracy.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Collaborate with DC team members to achieve a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform simple math functions to accurately process orders.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards while maintaining a consistent low error margin.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by following organization standards.

Requirements:

  • Customer-oriented with the ability to take care of customers' needs while following company procedures.
  • Strong time management skills to utilize available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to convey and understand comments and questions from others.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. Read, write, and simple math skills necessary. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work independently with little supervision and in a timely and accurate manner.
