About the Role

V2X is seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Administration Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert training and guidance on SAP security administration and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Administration and Management: Provide expert training and guidance on SAP security administration and management, including physical security, security management, personnel security, information security, information systems security, and operational security.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training plans, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, and unit-level directives, instructions, regulations, and manuals.
  • Classroom Management: Manage classroom setup at main locations as well as mobile training classroom locations, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for students.
  • Course Development: Create course improvement products, such as job sheets, how-to-guides, or other course material, to enhance the learning experience.
  • Student Evaluation: Administer, assist, and guide students through written and practical evaluations, providing feedback and conducting additional training and re-testing when required.
  • Policy and Procedure Updates: Incorporate security policy and procedure changes into course material, ensuring that training remains relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of related experience.
  • Experience: At least 2 Years Fleet Operational SAP security experience, held a position like CPSO, GSSO, or CGPM, experience working in the SAP environment, desired 2 years of military adult-learning training, military experience preferred.
  • Skills and Technology: Proficient use of industry standard SW tools (MS Office, etc.), decision-making skills that promote working autonomously from Government oversight when managing and executing projects, tasks, and work assignments, ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
