Job Overview

Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical is a prominent player in the HVAC industry, dedicated to providing top-notch services across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities: The Residential New Construction (RNC) Branch Manager is tasked with delivering outstanding leadership, guidance, and motivation to the team, ensuring the RNC branch's efficiency and profitability. The RNC team will report directly or indirectly to the RNC Branch Manager, who will be the primary decision-maker for any technical, managerial, administrative, financial, logistical, or client-related matters that may arise. The RNC Branch Manager will also facilitate effective coordination between branch operations and centralized functions at the Del-Air support location.

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee all operational facets for various business lines, including installation, logistics, prefabrication, and administration.
  • Assist in planning, developing, and implementing organizational policies and procedures, including selecting revenue streams and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate team activities to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Achieve and surpass branch budget targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Evaluate branch department spending requests.
  • Ensure that planned production levels are consistently met and maintained.
  • Recruit key leadership personnel at the branch and delegate necessary responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Previous experience in a managerial position.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and meet company vehicle operation guidelines.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
