Job Summary
LACOSTA is seeking a highly skilled Shipping Clerk to join our team. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including bills of lading and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with truck drivers and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and track stock movements.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
- Assist with training and development of warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in shipping and receiving.
- SAP experience desired but not required.
- Manufacturing experience desired but not required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
