Responsibilities- Provide mental health services, including intake, therapy, and counseling, to patients in need.
- Analyze psychological and psychosocial aspects of individual relationships to gain a deeper understanding of patients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
- Collaborate with treatment teams to determine, coordinate, and implement effective care plans.
- Document progress notes and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
- Facilitate therapeutic groups to address specific treatment issues and reinforce treatment plans.
- Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
- Ensure all required certifications and licenses are up-to-date and maintained.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a valid license to practice independently.
- Preference for clinicians licensed in Washington state.
- Professional licensure must enable independent practice.
- Provisional licenses or those requiring additional supervision are ineligible.
- 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license.
- Interest in pioneering a new approach to behavioral healthcare.
- Comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred.
- Schedule determined by AtHome Operations, with a focus on meeting individual needs and business requirements.
- Malpractice insurance and additional licensing costs covered by Array Behavioral Care.
- Online software and technology support provided to ensure seamless operation.
- Candidates must have a private office space in their home or elsewhere to maintain confidentiality.
- Candidates must be able to obtain and consistently maintain credentials on payer panels.
