Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive tax and consulting services to an established client portfolio. Experience in sectors such as Real Estate, Private Equity, Technology/Life Sciences, or Consumer Goods is preferred, along with international exposure being a significant advantage. We are looking for a partner who is results-oriented and can leverage their professional network to expand our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the vision, strategy, and objectives of the Firm and Tax Service Line for the South Florida practice.
  • Ensure adherence to business processes and operational practices within the market.
  • Oversee the productivity and utilization of professionals to meet financial and operational goals.
  • Utilize leadership capabilities to mentor and develop partners and professionals, building a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Active CPA and/or JD license; MST or LLM is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Tax Partner in a Big 4, large national, or regional accounting firm, demonstrating leadership and client service excellence.
  • Proven track record in developing strategies for practice growth through service expansion and client acquisition.
  • Exceptional client service skills ensuring high-quality execution of engagements.
  • Ability to inspire and empower teams effectively.
  • Strong capability to influence partners and drive successful outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding communication and analytical abilities.
