Qualifications:

  • Background in food production with expertise in meat processing methodologies.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage high-pressure situations.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
  • Understanding of HACCP, GMP, SQF, and food safety standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds and remain on feet for extended durations.
  • Specific vision capabilities necessary.

Work Environment:
