We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Steak N Shake Team Members. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take food orders from guests and collect payment
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Good vision, general and close
  • Good hearing
  • Manual dexterity
  • Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to push and pull heavy objects
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to maintain good personal hygiene and uniform
