Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the processing of prescriptions, including patient registration, prescription data entry, and medication preparation.

  • Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy operations, customer service, and team member engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to achieve business objectives and improve pharmacy financials.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred.
  • At least one year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
