ASRC Federal is seeking an experienced professional to lead capture efforts for NOAA customers within our Space Operating Group. This role will report to the Vice President of Business Development and require proven track record leading successful captures across the Space Operating Group portfolio of customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple IDIQ Task Order Vehicles and TO Pursuits, as well as developing and implementing win strategies for government acquisitions. They will work with a multi-disciplinary team to drive business development and capture opportunities across the NASA, NOAA, and National Security Space markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute capture plans, including technical, management, past performance, and pricing strategies
- Lead proposal development and presentation efforts
- Manage risk and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement win strategies
- Provide leadership and oversight during proposal development and submission
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience leading strategic captures or Master's degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience
- Existing NOAA customer relationships
- Experience with multiple capture contract types and pricing strategies
- Proven ability to derive strategic solutions and win themes against vaguely defined requirements
- Success in leading multiple captures simultaneously at various stages of the opportunity lifecycle
