Job Overview

Opportunity Bank of Montana is seeking a skilled Banking Associate to join our team. As a Banking Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while also building relationships with existing and new customers in the community.

In this role, you will perform duties under general supervision, including serving customers in person, through the drive-up window, and on the telephone, as well as establishing and retaining relationships with existing and new customers. You will also perform security and maintenance of proper cash requirements in teller drawers, adhere to authority limits, and balance teller drawer/cash with general oversight.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will be required to complete all mandatory bank training and participate in supplemental bank-coordinated educational programs and training courses to increase job and industry knowledge.

We offer an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health/dental coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
