Key Responsibilities:
As a Buyer/Planner, your primary role involves the strategic planning and execution of orders, along with the rescheduling of deliveries for designated components, materials, and supplies essential to the manufacturing process or necessary for overall business operations. Your focus will be on ensuring that quality standards are upheld while acquiring products at optimal value.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement
- Strong familiarity with MRP and/or ERP systems
- Experience in managing product performance metrics
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and implementing cost-saving strategies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Work Environment:
This position requires full-time presence at the designated work site.
