Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Frozen Food Sales Associate to join our team at WEIS LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring accurate inventory management, and upholding the highest standards of store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that frozen food products are always well-stocked and visually appealing to meet customer demands, while achieving efficiency and productivity standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by smiling and greeting customers, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a polite and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Maintain the condition of the sales floor, cooler, and backroom, ensuring that all areas are clean and meet health and OSHA requirements.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Follow cleaning schedules and department guidelines to ensure that work areas, equipment, counters, display cases, etc. are well-maintained, clean, and meet all health and safety standards.
  • Receiving and Inventory: Assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, breaking-down, and storing deliveries, as well as baling cardboard and other related duties.
  • Inventory Control: Help review orders to manage inventory levels, minimize loss, and report damages and/or discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth function of the department and store, and continuously improve job performance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
